Gail Veley, Author My Top Ten Favorite Horse Stories

Meet Gail Veley and find out more about her in her popular book – “My Top Ten Favorite Horse Stories – and the lessons learned.”

Little did Veley know that when she arrived at her boarding stable on a cold drizzly morning of March 2002, that she would met one of her most trusted and beloved equine companions. But fate had other plans and she felt an immediate and strong connection to the exhausted mare who had suffered through the night and lost her foal during labor just hours before. That mare would later earn the show name “Meant to Be” and etch her legend on Veley’s heart.

Ten stories such as this comprise the book, which aims to inspire and entertain while also offering practical horse training advice. “For those of us who like to pick up a book before bed to end the day on a good note, this one’s the perfect fit,” said Horsemen’s Yankee Pedlar book reviewer Kate Tully, who gave the book an excellent or four-star rating. “Veley’s good nature shines through in all her stories, giving the book a warmth that will appeal to anyone who enjoys feel-good horse stories.” Visit Amazon.com or the Kindle Book Store to purchase this book!
