Horseback Riding Lessons and Equestrian Services
Gail B. Veley is a professional equitation, dressage and jumping trainer with more than 27 years of riding, teaching and training experience. She has been certified as an instructor for 19 years with The American Riding Instructor’s Association (ARIA), an organization certifying individuals based on safety, knowledge and integrity.
Her equine facility is home to several lesson horses who can help mold and shape your equestrian education, and make you a more feeling, thinking rider. Only 18 miles outside of St. George, The Ranchette Veley Equestrian Center is one of the best horse havens you could ever hope to be part of! We offer:
Horseback Riding Lessons: For riders ages 7 ½ and up, as well as experienced adults and those who have never ridden at all! It’s never “too late” to learn! Horse owners may also trailer in their own horse for lessons.
Horse Boarding: We offer A+ boarding in the truest sense of the word and care for your horse as if it were our own. Premium board includes high-quality hay and oats, a stall cleaned seven days a week, fresh pine shavings when needed, daily turnout, blanketing, fly masks, supplements measured and fed, clean water and a once-a-week warm bran mash. Other facilities may offer a place to keep your horse, but we offer your horse a real home.
Horse Training: Owners with horses well under saddle are encouraged to enhance their horse’s confidence and understanding at The Ranchette Veley Equestrian Center. We offer nurturing, meticulous training in dressage-based principles. Virtually any horse who wants a partner is welcome!
